Need a number format.

I have a column of numbers, such as...

370
370.0
370.1

Excel will not display a .0 if the cell is formatted as General. If I
format the column to display the .0, I get one on the number I DIDN'T enter
with a .0. I don't want to format every cell that has a .0 differently from
the rest. I need a format for every cell that will display a .0 ONLY if I
enter it.
