Need a file

I am running Window XP Media Edition. I have downloaded an update driver for
the keyboard. When I try to install the driver I get the following error
message:

c:\widows\microsoft.net\framework\v.1.1.4\microworks.dll could not be loaded

I have spent quite of time on Microsoft's site trying to find that dll?

All help is greatly appreciated.

i had a similar problem.
I reinstalled the .net framework to solve it.
Can you do that?

What I know about computers you can fit on the head of a pin and still have
enough room for a herd of elephants.

I would appreciate directions for the install, and if possible, send to my
email address instead of taking up band width on the newsgroup.
