need 2 files

I need to put on my computer these 2 files:
CSCMD32.OCX
CSTEXT32.OCX
Can anyone help me. Thank you
 
Can't help with the files they're not on my system. Why do you think you
need them, what program is asking for them.
A little more info may help.

Read this on the internet:
Windows XP Service Pack 2 contains something that stops cstext32.ocx and >cscmd32.ocx from properly registering. Registering is part of installation >processes.

These two files worked fine until Windows XP Service Pack 2 caused this problem.

I got this error when installing SP2 and then attempting to install "Laser
Vault". I removed both... installed Laser Vault first, and added SP2 after.
Solved (worked around) the problem.
