Nedd a Maxtor Drive

I have a 3.2 gig Maxtor model #83209D5 with a CHS of 6218/16/63 that is
bad. It will not spin up
and is not detected by the computer BIOS. It has valuable data on it

Does anyone have this drive they would want to sell? even one that has
crashed. im hoping by swapping out the
circuit board I can boot up this drive and recover the data off it.

It has to be the exact model.

This happened to me a while back, but I was able to copy all of my data and
programs from it, by going to Dos and do the usual Directory tree. It worked
for me, give it a try. good luck.
