necessary processes

i'm looking for a list of windows processes. i'm looking
to end any and all processes (from the task manager) that
are not necessary to run windows. if somebody could
contact me with a list of these processes that are
required to run windows, it would be much appreciated. i
am running windows XP home edition without outlook express
or any extras.
