Hello,

Services for netware includes the tools listed below that will assist you
in migrating from Novell to Win2000:

Microsoft Directory Synchronization Services (MSDSS). Synchronizes
information stored in the Active Directory® service with information stored
in NDS or NetWare 3.x binderies.

File Migration Utility (FMU). Migrates NetWare files to Windows 2000 while
preserving their access control permissions.

File and Print Services for NetWare v.5 (FPNW5). Allows a Windows
2000-based server to emulate a NetWare file and print server to users,
clients, and administrators.

The estimated retail price for Services for NetWare version 5 is $149.00
with an unlimited per-customer client and server license. To obtain a
copy, please contact a Microsoft Authorized Distributor.

You can go online and order an evaluation copy of this CD for $0.00.
