Using Frontpage's navigation tool (or any other tools) can I create a "you
are here" link bar. (Seperate link for each folder). I want to include it
every page, so that it can automatically updates the lcation. Any advise on
this greatly appreciated. Thanks in advence.

Sounds like a Breadcrumb Trail.
Do a Google search for "FrontPage breadcrumb" (without the quotes).
Make sure the solution you pick will work with your version of FrontPage.
