Navigation Bar

I have the web set to use the Blends theme. The link bar
looked great. Then, I edited the web on my laptop and I
lost some formating of the link buttons. I'm looking to
get the text on the link buttons to be bold and aligned
to the right (like it used to be). I followed the help
instructions, but got nowhere. Any help is appreciated.

Controlled by the theme
Format Theme Modify/Customize
Graphics (select your nav bar and the text tab)
Save as new theme name
