navigation bar button order FP2002

Usually, when I rearrange pages in navigation view, it
causes the buttons to appear in the revised order (in
page view). On one site, this has stopped working. If I
go to the server, and change the navigation, all is
okay.
What can I do to fix it on the version that's on my PC?

With your web open locally, try Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks, then RePublish to your server, that might help.
