How do i edit my navigation layout? I want to rename some - I know how to
do that. How do I change the links from a main menu or from a submenu?

From the Menu select View Navigation
- right click each page node to edit (Rename) it

what he said and to change the navigation just drag the pages around
or drag pages from folder column to the navigation pane
