When I open Norton Anti Virus a message comes up saying
cannot find file NavCE.msi. I just recently downloaded
Windows 2000 SP3 and Blaster worm patch and this is when
it started. It also comes up when Outlook Express is
trying to run spell check. I am sure there are other
programs that also have been affected but I have not run
into them.
