everytime I try & open second tab I get a message window that pops u
saying Name:navcancl,type:unknown fil
type,2.64kb,From:ieframe.dll....can someone please help me with thi
 
The "File Download – Security Warning" dialog box opens when you try to open
Internet Explorer 7:

The default location in WinXP is typically C:\Documents and
Settings\[Username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. Change the
location of your TIF folder back to the default, reinstall 933566 if you've
uninstalled it, and all should be well. [Others have observed that change
the location of TIF folder to any other location will fix this.]

thanks JS..I tried everyting except what you suggested..finally just
gave up & did a system restore & everything is working as of now

And is the machine now fully patched at Windows Update?
