Hi
i have NAV 2003 which fails to load up,even after reinstalling several
times.i searched for help
on Symantec website and they perfrmed an on;ine scan which reqd. a
reboot.after that i found that there
was a new folder in C:\Documents and Settings named Administrator.username &
D:\.Administrator.
i already have 2 folders Administrator(which is a junk now) and a present
username (i.e. new administrator)
in that folder. can i delete the newly created file?why does every reboot
create a new administrator
folder evrytime i do that? Is rebooting safe and is it reqd?
Also Symantec website recommended the possibility of W32klez@mm worm and i
downloaded the
reqd. tool...but it says i have to turn off the System Restore, shut down
switch off power, start in safe
mode and run the tool. is it worth taking the risk of turning off the
System Restore?
any other way out?
many thanks.
