NAV Pro 2003 Install Question

I am attempting to install Nortin AntiVirus Professional
2003 to an XP Operating System. I downloaded my order
from Symantec website, burned it to disk. Opened it on
the PC I am installing it on, and began installation.
However, when it attempts to retrieve the license from
Symantec's website, I receive an error. "Network Error:
This internet connection was not found or is no longer
available. Please establish a connection to the Internet
and select Resume to continue your download.
Symantec's website tell me nothing about the error, I
have a network connection!! Why am I receiving this
error?

I am hooked up to a small network(Windows 2000 Advanced
Server), the system has been upgraded from OS 98 to XP.
Any clue anyone???
 
How are you accessing the Internet? Check the Application Event Log.
