Nav.Bar >> Expandable? Possilbe to make sub-brach showing child pa

If a Navigation Bar is made up of Parent pages, I would like to make the
Nav-Bar expand to show the Child pages of each Parent page when clicked.

i.e., collapsible bullet list, but with the nav-bar.
