At times I cannot get XP to respond to commands. It will not respond to the Turn Off command. I have to reboot. The following was found in the Error Log and I am assuming that it pertains to my problem. Can anyone please help
Source: ipnathlp
"The Network Address Translator (NAT) was unable to request an operation of the kernel-mode translation module. This may indicate misconfiguration, insufficient resources, or an internal error. The data is the error code."

NAT is usually associated with a router. Are you running XP's ICS (Internet
Connection Sharing)?
