Names in Workbook

I've named a bunch of cells in my workbook and would like
to be able to print off all the names. I would also like
to take all the names and put them into a sheet in my
workbook in order to write a description to remind myself
and others what each name refers to. Is this possible?

I would also like to do the same thing with the names for
all my macros. Thanks.

Select the upper left cell of the range into which you want to put the list of
range names, then run the menu command Insert > Names > Paste..., and click on
the Paste List button in the Paste Name dialog.

Much, much harder. Doing this would require macros that read through other VBA
modules. It'd be expedient to do this manually, copying entire VBA modules,
pasting into worksheet ranges, then deleting all rows except those containing
the top line of each procedure, i.e., the ones beginning with Sub or Function.

Insert>Name>Paste.

Select "Paste List" to get a list of names and addresses.

For the Macros listing you should have a look at Chip Pearson's site on
"Programming to the VBEditor".
