Names in the "To" field

I want just the name to appear and not have it followed by
the email address. I am using Outlook 2003. This was the
default in Outlook 2000, but I can't find anywhere that I
can change it to be this way in the new version. For
example I want this to appear in the To box;
Bill Smith, Not Bill Smith (e-mail address removed)
 
On the General tab for the contact you want to use, type
the name in the Display AS section that you want to appear
in the To: window.
