Names in Mail Addresses

My organization is migrating from GroupWise to Outlook. To send e-mail, we pick a person's name from our global address book. On the back end, the system is sent up to know whether the person is still on GroupWise or is on Outlook/Exchange. When a person converts, we have to pick them from the address book a second time, or the e-mail bounces with a message that the person has converted.

The problem is that when Outlook tries to complete an address for a converted person, both the GroupWise and the Outlook "address" for the person show in the dropdown list. Is there a way to remove folks from the "already been contacted" list so there aren't duplicates when auto completing names? In GroupWise, that information saved in a "Frequent Contacts" area that was easily editable. That way, duplications, errors or folks we contacted only once could be removed.

Thanks for your help.

You'll need to delete the NK2 file from the users' profiles on the client
PCs. That holds the resolved names cache.

Alternatively, you can simply cursor to the name in the drop-down list and
delete it when addressing a message.
