I have a user who seems to lose his list of name suggestions
sporatically. Besides the Email advanced options where else can I
start looking to troubleshoot this problem. We use Outlook XP SP3
utilizing Exchange 2003.

Thanks,

Carter

Tried resetting the name cache already? You can do this by renaming the
nk2-file to .old

Tips of the month:
-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data

Thanks Robert,

Do you know of any articles with information on exactly how this feature
works? I have a user who complained that all of a sudden all of his names
that used to be suggested disappeared. Any new names he types stick, but for
some reason all of his old ones went away. Any help would be much
appreciated.

Thanks

Brian,

Brilliant site I think this should be enough information on this file to
help me resolve the issue. Appreciate the help.

Shaun,

As an update, we are completely revamping Owtlook...including a name change.
Keep an eye on our web site. A couple changes for desktop users will be a
button to automatically move nk2 data to a contact folder. Also, an import
tool to compliment the export utility.

For Exchange users, we're also going to provide the function to edit GAL
records, and make global changes to x400 and x500 (DN) data. The latter
program will also be configured to run in a command line mode.

You can reach me through our web site and we will notify you when the
development is complete.
