Name resolution over WAN

Our company has 16 locations accross the U.S. For years we've had a frame
relay connecting our branches to the Corporate office. We don't have any
Windows servers, so all of our file shareing has been simply through
peer-to-peer networking. We just upgraded our connection to the branches to
an MPLS network. Here's our problem: I can no longer see the PC's at remote
locations via Network Neighborhood. I can ping the IP address of PC's at
remote locations, I just can't view their files in Windows Explorer. They
also don't show up when I run PCAnywhere. However, we do have a program
called Advanced IP Scanner. With that program, I can see all the remote PC's
and view their files...but I really need to be able to do this in Network
Neighborhood. I also need to be able to see everyone in PCAnywhere. Any
suggestions?

It is better to setup WINS server for name resolution over WAN.
