I have a W2K domain with DHCP, WINS, DNS and AD installed.
I have a machine named COMPUTER1 that got failed. When I try to install an
other machine named COMPUTER1 I receive an error message, even after I have
deleted all its recordes on WINS, DNS and DHCP server.
What can I do to solve it ?

You may have deleted all the records from the DNS, DHCP and WINS server but
you also have to delete the record from the AD.
Open AD Users and Computers
click on Computers OU or Where your computer1 is present.
right click it and delete. confirm Yes.
