Name of update program

I am patiently waiting for SP2 to be downloaded. I have autoupdate on but I
think McAfee is blocking it. I wish to enter autoupdate into the internet
program list and need to know the exact file name. Can someone help me out
here? Thanks.

Hi

The advise has been to disable any anti-virus program that you may have
running before upgrading to SP2. Allowing access via McAfee may still cause
problems.

The name of the file is wupdmgr.exe and can be found in the
%systemroot%\system32 folder.

ive tryed that but i get nothink. nice try though. its start to do this since
i installed a game called CSI dark motives.

If you select to download SP2 via AutoUpdate it gets queued. It may
not start immediately or even for a day ot two. McAfee is probably not
blocking it.
