internet explorer

Ive tried deleting internet explorer because i was getting ukredclients
apprearing in my search bar but now when i try to run I.E. it wont load also
when i try to install I.E. it says i have a newer version already installed .
ive tried looking in program files but cant find it there also have tried
running autoupdate but that doesn't work it says i need I.E.
does anyone know how i can re run I.E. or download sp2
