name in title bar changed

I recently visited Australia and, while there, bought a
prepay internet account from OptusNet. As part of the
software installation to set this up, the name of Internet
Explorer in the title bar has been changed to "Internet
Explorer from OptusNet". How can I change it back?

Insert this is you Run > Dialog Box: "rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear"
