Name change

I have an Outlook user who changed names. I created a new account/mailbox on the server. Is there a way to transfer her old mail to her new account
 
For Exchange? Use the exmerge tool. For more support on that tool see the
documetation or ask in an Exchange forum. Next time you might want to
consider to just change the name and address in Active Directory instead of
recreating the account as it will save you from a lot of trouble.
