nachi worm fixes from nt to 2000?

HI
I have a 56k modem attached to an NT system for my primary
e-mail. I also have a laptop with 2000 sp1 The laptop has
been infected with the nachi worm and nachi virus via its
own modem.

I use panda anti-virus and firewall on the NT machine, the
laptop with 2000 now has an updated version of mcaffe anti-
virus.

Is there a way I can download the appropriate 2000 patches
to my NT computer, transfer them to a cd and install them
on the 2000 laptop?

If I understand it correctly there is no way to do what I
want with the NT system
