Can't get an english version of what the hell this is. Lots of answers but
mostly
in German. Is it a password stealer?

It's true that the sites that pop up from Googling are in German, but
what more do you need to know than "WinCrash" and "Trojaner"? You've
got a trojan. Scan with current antivirus using updated definitions -
note that "current" means a version not older than 2002. You should
probably turn off System Restore first and scan in Safe Mode.
