Mystery Folder

I think I have a virus that has installed a folder in my documents and
settings called complete. When i run a virus scan it takes ages to get
through this huge file. However, I can't find it when I run a search, even
when I include hidden folders. I am desperate to get rid of this folder as it
is taking up all my memory, if anyone knows anything I can do, I would really
appreciate it.

I don't see that folder here. Go to Folder Options - View and uncheck
"Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) then take a look.
