mysterious printer disappearance problem solved!

Symptoms:
printer disappeared....try to add a printer and get : "Operation Could
not be Completed"...print spooler won't start.. get error 1068

problem was traced to a disabled LexBce server - even though the
Lexmark printer is no longer attached this disabled server caused the
whole cascade of problems

Check this server is enabled in your Services
