I have recently discovered that everyday, when I do a Send and Receive,
Outlook is sending emails and not registering them in the sent box. This
happens when I do not physically type and send anything. How can I find out
what is being sent if there is no record of it in my sent box?

Possible read receipts? See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm

Thanks. I ran this program but found nothing. I cleaned out all my folders
and did a Send/Receive and there were 3 messages being sent that I did not
type or have a record of. I immediately cancelled the S/R and the files
emails were not visible anywhere. Could this be some kind of Spy Ware?

Spyware or worm is always a possibility, if you don't have any
anti-spyware/anti-virus. Get Ad-Aware and/or/Spybot Search and Destroy to
check for spyware. The new Microsoft Anti-spyware program seems good, too.
