MyIE etc. with a download manager

DLExpert will handle files I download through Internet Explorer, but it
doesn't monitor clicks when I use MyIE. In MyIE I can often right-click on
a link and click on "Download by DLExpert", but sometimes a direct link to
the ZIP or EXE is not available (e.g. through download.com, etc.), and in
these cases it's hard to get DLExpert to handle the download.

So my question is, have you found a good combination of a download manager
and one of the "IE Shell" browsers?

LeechGet integrates with and works smoothly with Avant. I wouldn't be
surprised if it works with other IEshells as well.

Been using Net Transport ( http://lycos26486.l78.lycos.com.cn/default.htm ) with My IE2 for ages. Works just fine.

Common problem.

Did you configure MyIE2 to use DLExpert as the default DL manager?
