My XP don't boot...

Hi, suddenly my laptop started to hang up in the middle of the boot
process, if I reset and start in safe mode it does, but even when I
try a selective startup boot, it doesn't work. What can I do? I don't
want to reinstall everything all over again.

Have you tried a repair install? That keeps most things intact. Try to
defrag your bootsector if you can, google that if you want more
information.
