my worksheet getting blank

dear all,

when i work with my worksheet, unexpectedly it become blank. I don't know
why & where all my data gone....can i get my data back?

What do you see? More details please.

Column and Row headings? Are they A,B,C etc and 1,2,3 etc?

Maybe you have just scrolled past your data range?

A blank gray screen?

Maybe you hid the Window. Try Window>Unhide.

If not done already, do not save the workbook until you get sorted out.

i just see blank worksheet like a new worksheet, all row and columm is
clean....
