My word documents are opening in powerpoint presentation

I was creating a powerpoint presentation and I don't know what I did but when
I go to open any word document, it keep opening in powerpoint even word
documents previously save as a word document are opening in
powerpoint......Help I'm working with word 2003 !!! Thank you.
