My windows installer wont download java

I had a virus on my computer so I restored it. Everything works fine except
the online games that I play. I tried to update java and it just sits there.
After trying several times I removed java, tried to download it again and it
just sits there on hte windows installer screen.
 
Download from who...Try,http://www.msn.com Type:Microsoft Java Virtual
Machine In results,locate and download the file,it'll have x86 on it,once
installed,
go to windows update catalog,server 2003 web edition,download the MJVM
update,its for xp....
