my web search uninstall

somehow , i now have " my web search " .
it will not uninstall from " add/remove " or safe mode .
can someone tell me how to get rid of this ?

Download, install, update, and immunize your System with it.
Then SCAN with it.
Update it, and scan your System once a fortnight.
