My Vital Agent - network monitor

Hi,

I have just upgraded to xp pro from win 98SE.
I used My Vital Agent - network monitor on 98SE.

I have just Googled "My Vital Agent" and came up with nothing. Is there
any equivelent program that graphically shows network activity and what
is going on for xp pro?
