Security Agents Status Agents all Inactive??

I have 3 red x's Internet Agents, System Agents and Application Agents.
On the left it says they are active but on the right where it says activate
it will not active any, and it shows nothing is being monitored? Help

I searched for "security agents" in all MSAS forums "AntiSpyware"

and Engle says:
Try these two solutiºns:

1) do an update install--control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, updªte.

Then, try these steps:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> type in -> command)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpywªre

You can go ahead and do both of these--neither has any downside risk--and
see if that does the job. Let us know whether it does, or nºt!

Yipeeee perrrrect...It put a icon on my tool bar that was never there, and
did the spyware notifications come a flying in...still trying to get in my
trusted sites, two active x and some others. Thank you...everything is
working great...
