First, your subject is misleading - although probably not on purpose. And
your actual post doesn't really improve on it.
Your 'Antivirus Software' is missing files. That should be what you are
saying. Perhaps even saying, "My 'Trend Micro' antivirus software says it
is missing files..." would have been a better choice.
Why don't you reinstall the AntiVirus software? It is *not* related to
Windows XP in any way other than you have it installed on top of the
operating system. Trend Micro and your subscription information might help
out. Have you checked there?

Having pointed you to where you need to be - I must ask that in the future -
for your benefit and for those who might be reading and otherwise willing to
help based off your posting - please type in a normal tone. All upper-case
lettering is hard to read for most, considered yelling by many and - well -
is just not normal. =)
