My USB 2.0 Mobile Raclk Don't work!!!!!!!!!!!

I've a DTK USB 2.0 Mobile Rack DEN-351
and it's not work...
What can I do??
 
Is there a hard disk in that rack ?! Maybe that's the reason for your
problem ;-).
