My University Town (Where I Live)

Well I took some pictures of Bath, where I'm currently at University. It's the first time I've lived anywhere that is worth photographing. (My home town is Romford in Essex.... say no more.)

Please say what you think, I originally took the pictures to show friends at home and at other unis, but I thought I might as well put them on here and see what you all think of them.

All of the ones I've taken so far are at night.

Ahem yes, you can use Irfanview (a free software app) to resize pix. (www.irfanview.com)

Recommended size for posting in Forums is 800 pixels wide.

This makes it acceptable for those still on dialup and also doesn't mean viewers have to scroll left to right to view the pix.

I spent my honeymoon in Bath and I've been to Romford. They still making beer there?

In Romford? No.

Romford Brewery closed in 1993. It was demolished in late 1998.

Nice pix and thanks for the info on Romford, I used to visit the London Ambulance Station there to service the Ambulance Radios in the late eighties and remember smelling the beer brewing

Bath is a great town, full of atmosphere and History and as I remember it, lottsa young folk.

It reminds me, in many ways, of York, similar vibe.

Nice one, on first impression some of the pictures looked a little like Southwark Cathedral. Flopps will know about that.

That university looks very nice. Are there nice women there too?

I can't see the pics and have not been able to on quite a few posts lately . I can see some pics in other posts but not always . I ain't altered my pc so I'm guessing its something at PC Reviews end .

I dont like Bath, i much prefer a shower.

But Bath Uni is a good Uni & has a good track record with Sports.
Team Bath good at footie & also has a dry slope for the 2 & 4 man bob runners.
