Did you try Refreshing the Windows Experience Index? Start > right click
Computer > Properties > under System click "Windows Experience Index:
Unrated" > click the "Refresh Now" button.

In Performance Information and Tools all the ratings (cpu, memory,...)
are
gone and i don't know why it is just a blanck page under last rating and
nothing is there please i need help?
this is the link just paste it in RUN
"Control Panel\System and Maintenance\Performance Information and Tools"
Have you made any progress on the missing "Refresh Now" on the
Performance and Information Tools dialog ? It occurs for me as well
(with a new system, Vista up and running for all of 4 days).
It was working when first installed, but after installing all the
latest Vista updates and about 20 apps, it stopped working exactly as
you describe. It's not worth it to start over, but a bit disconcerting
that Vista is so fragile that parts of it just stop working, even if
they are not critical to it's use.
After an extensive Google search, this is the only good hit I found for
someone having the same problem.
