WinSAT ratings disappeared of MSDN

Apparently all the WinSAT ratings stuff has been removed from MSDN for the
time being - no idea why, but if anyone still wants to know about it -
there's plenty of stuff on Google. Also got two links to my site which
provides an explaination to the ratings and how to see what your computer
runs at.

A lot of the information was hypothetical and should not have been taken as
fact. I suppose they will be posting some real statistics with the update
information.
