Actually, it drags better in Firefox than it does in IE6. (And still has
transparency around the borders and a slight transparency where the green is
in the middle.) In IE6, it leaves blobs on occasion where the dragable
image was at.

Works well in Internet Explorer 6.0.3790.1830 [Server 2003's version of IE].
