My system clock is misbehaving!

I set my system clock but have to reset it frequently. It
is often one hour off, then it is fine until the next time
I restart my computer. Does anyone else have this problem?
I had no trouble with previous versions of Windows (95 and
ME) but the XP clock has a mind of its own.

I have this problem too. I only know of a work around. I just dowloaded
Atomic Clock Sync and it syncs once per day and resets my clock accordingly.

If somebody knows how to fix this problem, it would be great.

most the time if clock doesn't keep time is because you
need a new cmos back up battery

If your clock is 1 hour off then check your time zone settings.

Let me be a little more clear. Yes, it is exactly one hour
off, so I correct it. The next day it is one hour off
again, so I fix it again. I reset the clock over and over
again. Anybody seen the movie Groundhog Day?

Look for a utility called NetTime. It checks with various time servers
and synchronises you clock with them.

Please disregard if this has already been covered, but check to make sure you
are showing the correct time zone and have the Daylight Savings option set
correctly.
