My Speakers!!

Ok some of you know I re-installed my Windows. And I went on YouTube to listen to some Music but... It said 'There are no active mixer devices available. To install mixer devices, go to Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click other hardware'.

I've done this... But they still don't work They are Creative Speakers.

Have you loaded the drivers & software for the speakers & turned them on?

Put the software disc that came with the speakers into your DVD or CD Drive and it should auto start.
When it does, install the correct driver software for your speakers.
Re-start PC and all should work.
