my screen is with the top at the bottom

can you help me please???
may screen is wrong and i can't tur it at a normal state, the is now shown
at the bottom.
 
Some video cards have the option to rotate the screen display for monitors
that can be turned.
Go to your Display Properties in the control panel and choose settings.
Then click on the "Advance" button and go to the adapter tab.
There may be controls there to rotate the screen again back 90 degrees
twice.
