Try Ctrl-Alt-Up arrow, which is probably what she pressed accidentally.

This is probobly a setting provided by your video card drivers. Try
this:

right click the desktop
click properties
go to the settings tab
click advanced
here you should see a tab that says something about your graphics card
click this tab and look around for a rotation setting

hope this helps!

Hi

Try this:

Right click the Desktop, select Properties>Settings>Advanced. See if there
is a setting in there to rotate the screen back to normal. If you have
Nvidia software installed try clicking on the tab for your graphics card and
have a look for NVRotate on the left hand side.

If you do have an Nvidia card there may be an icon in the Notification Area.
If so, right click on it, select Rotation Settings and then set it to 0
degrees

Manny was not much help was he!!

Go to Display Options (either in the Control Panel, or right-mouse the desktop screen) and then to
Settings, then to Advanced, then to the video card. There should be options in that window to
correct your problem.

Sorry Rich.
Should I have just repeated 5 other people had already said?
Like you did maybe?
