My Scanner

I purchased a Espon CX6000 and I have problems scanning a picture. When I try
to scan . States on the screen the scanner cannot be started. Yes it is
connected and used the USB . How can get it to scan pictures.

Did you install the software that came with the scanner, in particular the
TWAIN drivers.
Some scanners require a specific order of installing the software and
hardware.

You installed it as per Epsom instructions?
This usually means installing the software before connecting the scanner

yes I did as instructed I insltalled before I connect the All in One printer
to the computer. I am know going to uninstalled it and installed again under
the Safe Mode see what happen. Thanks

Yes I install the software with that came with the scanner. When I look into
the TWAIN drivers I saw folders that I think belongs to the scanner.
